Privacy
This page explains how Your Business Name looks after your personal information. South African law (the Protection of Personal Information Act, or POPIA) asks us to be open about this.
Who we are
Your Business Name decides why and how your details are used. For privacy questions, contact Your Name at hello@yourbusiness.co.za or 000 000 0000.
What we ask for
- When you ask for a quote: your name, phone number, the area of the job, what you need, and anything you add.
- When you phone, WhatsApp or email us: your number or email address.
Why we use it
To reply to you, give you a quote, do the work if you hire us, and keep normal business records. We do not sell your details.
Who can see it
We can. When you send the form, the message also passes through WhatsApp or your own email provider, which has its own privacy rules. We only share your details with someone else if the law says we must, or if they are helping us do your job.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law says we must.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email us at the address above. If you are not happy with how we handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
